I had a twitter account 1 year ago, but I didn't use regularly. I think it's very useful to follow some news, but it is a little bit complecated for me. I like to follow whoever I want, but I don't like to share my thoughts. Because, there is a limitation for words which I can use.So, generally I share some links.
I hope I can use twitter more efficiently in future.
Like all things, it takes practice. I found FACEBOOK bewildering the first time I used it. I didn't know who could see what, or how to use it effectively. Trouble is, once I figured out a few things about privacy settings, everything changed. And it keeps changing. TWITTER, in some ways, is much simpler than FACEBOOK--but it is a 'new genre' in the way we communicate, and we have to learn new communication skills and strategies. It will be interesting to get your ideas about TWITTER after you graduate...meanwhile, you can try to use it in your studies and explore it as a student with your peers. :)
